Mark Cuban Would Still Have Dinner With Donald Trump
The billionaire investor campaigned for Kamala Harris, but thinks tech execs have a "moral imperative" to play nice with the president. Back in May, Mark Cuban appeared in his last episode of ABC's after spending more than a decade on the show investing in--or deprecating--entrepreneurs' big ideas. But that doesn't mean the billionaire is going away. Yes, Cuban loves to talk--about ideas, about the future, about what it takes to actually make America healthy again. Or, at least, to get Americans more affordable drugs, which Cuban is endeavoring to do with his startup, Cost Plus Drug Company. Nor does Cuban, like many billionaire businessmen, shy away from talking politics: Does he like President Trump? But would he join the president for dinner like so many of his peers have in recent months? With enthusiasm, according to a conversation we had for this week's episode of . Keep reading to find out why. Just so you know--well it's too late now--we always start these conversations with some rapid-fire questions. What is the smartest investment you ever made? What's the dumbest purchase you ever made? Alright, one word to describe the startup pitches that you hate. Would you rather invest in passion or in numbers? Tell me a little bit about why.

MAHA Wants Action on Pesticides. It's Not Going to Get It From Trump's Corporate-Friendly EPA
It's Not Going to Get It From Trump's Corporate-Friendly EPA The White House's new Make America Healthy Again strategy makes some asks of the EPA--but critics say the agency is too industry-friendly to make a difference. When Jean-Marie Kauth first read the Make America Healthy Again commission report, released by the White House in May, she was "thrilled about some of the things they identified," she says. "They clearly called out industry as a pernicious influence on why EPA has not been very successful in regulating chemicals, especially pesticides." Kauth's daughter died of leukemia at age 8 after, Kauth says, she was exposed to the insecticide chlorpyrifos, which the EPA banned in 2021. Kauth, a professor at Benedictine University in Illinois, now serves as a member of the EPA's Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC), a group of outside experts who advise the agency on children's health issues.

Trump admin unveils groundbreaking tool 'supercharging' gov't efficiency to 'win the race' for AI dominance
NVIDIA CEO and co-founder Jensen Huang commends President Donald Trump's A.I. agenda and outlines what the countrys job future will look like on Special Report. FIRST ON FOX: The Trump administration is announcing the launch of a new tool it says will be instrumental in enabling agencies across the federal government to efficiently implement artificial intelligence at scale and take a major step forward rolling out the president's "AI Action Plan." Trump's U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) said on Thursday it has launched USAi, a tool the agency describes as a "secure generative artificial intelligence evaluation suite that enables federal agencies to experiment with and adopt artificial intelligence at scale--faster, safer, and at no cost to them." The agency says that the platform, available starting Thursday at 10 a.m. through USAi.ov, gives government users access to "powerful" tools like chat-based AI, code generation and document summarization with the goal of "supercharging employee productivity." "USAi isn't just another tool, it's infrastructure for America's AI future," GSA Chief Information Officer David Shive explained.

Drones spotted over Camp Pendleton in California posed no threat to operations: report
Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa., said after the House Intelligence Committee's classified briefing on New Jersey drones, she's not concerned about any threat and it's irresponsible to scare the public. Drones spotted flying over Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Southern California over the past week posed no threat to operations at the installation, according to reports. James C. Sartain told The Warzone that between Dec. 9 and 15, "there were six instances of unmanned aerial systems (UAS)" seen entering the airspace over Camp Pendleton. Sartain also said the UAS did not pose any threat to installation operations. The publication also learned from base personnel that countermeasures to take out the drones were not necessary as air and ground operations were not impacted.

We are vulnerable to drone attack and it's going to get worse
We've lost the ability to protect our own airspace. We have a complacent and incompetent Biden administration in charge that has set our drone industry back years. President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration can't come soon enough. We need an overhaul of our drone defenses nationwide. Our national security infrastructure is not set up to defend against what's coming.

Pharmacist GOP Rep Carter urges Biden to take cognitive test in letter to White House: 'Fragile mental state'
Dr. Ronny Jackson joins'Sunday Morning Futures' to discuss his five letters asking President Biden to submit to a cognitive test and his next letter addressed to Biden's physician and the Cabinet. EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Earl "Buddy" Carter, R-Ga., wrote a letter to the White House on Monday calling on President Biden to take a cognitive assessment over concerns about his "fragile mental state" and ability to uphold his duties. In a letter obtained exclusively by Fox News Digital, Carter, who is also a pharmacist, wrote to White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients expressing "serious concern" with Biden's cognitive state and "ability to execute the duties of the Presidency." "After numerous examples of the President's declining mental acuity, it is imperative that the White House remains transparent about the President of the United States' honest ability to uphold the duties of the office to which he swore an oath," Carter wrote. This comes after a recent report from The Wall Street Journal stating that the 81-year-old president was showing signs of poor cognitive performance in private meetings with congressional lawmakers, including by closing his eyes for extended periods, speaking so softly at times that people struggled to hear him and forgetting details about his own energy policy.

This is a rush transcript of'Fox News Sunday' on September 24, 2023. This copy may not be in its final form and may be updated. The chaos at the border grows by the day, as the pressure to take greater action builds yet again on the White House. We need people from the top. HEMMER (voice-over): A border city mayor and Democrat declaring a state of emergency as thousands upon thousands of migrants flow into the country. JOE BIDEN, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: Republicans in Congress and my predecessor spent four years gutting the immigration system -- under my predecessor. They continue to undermine our border security today. HEMMER: We'll get reaction from border state Democrat, Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar. President Biden says he'll join the picket line in Michigan on Tuesday, just a day before Donald Trump will be there, too. Meanwhile, another presidential hopeful pushes back. TIM SCOTT (R-SC), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: We need a president who says we are not going to subsidize unions, period. HEMMER: We'll discuss with a man whose eyes are on the White House, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott. We'll ask Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel what voters can expect to see on stage Wednesday night. JAMES LANKFORD (R-OK): It's a symbol of respect for the country when you dress respectfully when you're doing this responsibility. JOHN FETTERMAN (D-PA): I think there are more important things we should be talking about rather if -- if I dressed like a slob. The number of illegals crossing our border hit another new record. We want to show you our FOX News drone camera from Eagle Pass, Texas. We've been watching remarkable images today of a human flood that shows no sign of receding. And today, a new survey shows how displeased Americans are with the president's border policies. In a moment, we'll speak with border state Democrat, Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar, on that. But, first, to Griff Jenkins who has been in Eagle Pass for what seems like several years now. Well, there's a humanitarian crisis playing out along our southern border in places like here in Eagle Pass, Texas, where migrants have traveled thousands of miles in hopes of reaching the U.S. in numbers far greater than what border officials are able to handle. Actions include sending active duty troops to the border, increasing deportations and granting temporary protective status to nearly half a million Venezuelans, making it easier for them to find work in cities like New York, where officials are struggling to find room for them. Meanwhile, Texas Governor Greg Abbott trying to deter the migrants from entering his state, with miles of dense razor wire, Humvees manning the riverbank and guardsmen in rafts attempting to turn them back.
